Soft granulation
Soft granules have a wide range of downstream applications, spanning electronics and electrical appliances (insulation for wires and cables, buttons), daily necessities (non-slip mats, O-rings), automotive (sealing strips, shock-absorbing pads), medical devices (catheters, orthopedic pads), and construction (waterproofing membranes). Materials such as TPE and silicone are widely used in these fields due to their high elasticity and excellent weather resistance.
Workshop
Plasticization granulation refers to the process of using extrusion granulation equipment to melt, mix, and plasticize powdered, block shaped, and crushed plastic raw materials (PVC, PP, PE, ABS, etc.), along with additives, fillers, toughening agents, etc., in a high-temperature screw machine. Then, a strip of material is extruded from the mold head and shaped by water/air cooling, and uniformly cut into cylindrical/square plastic particles of uniform size.
Core process flow
Raw material ratio → crushing and stirring → high-temperature melting and plasticization → screw extrusion strip → circulating cooling and shaping → traction air drying → high-speed particle cutting → screening and impurity removal → finished product packaging and storage
